Meet Takeoff Drone ATL (TDA) Pilots

Bobbi Livingston, CEO, of Takeoff Drone Atlanta is a native of Atlanta. She has worked for the Fulton County School District for more than 2 decades. For the past two years Ms. Livingston has worked as an aviation instructor along with her colleagues Dr. Shannon Flounnory. Dr. Flounnory is a fixed-wing pilot who recently retired from the Fulton school system. Both instructors are FAA 107 Commercial Drone certified with a combined 12 years of drone flight experience.

Last year while working at Fulton College and Career Academy, 12 students from five different high schools successfully passed the FAA 107 drone exam. These students have gone on to work as licensed drone pilots or have furthered their studies in college or the military. Today both instructors are once again at the academy with the goal of doubling their success to train over two dozen future drone aviators.
